How it works

1. You invest

Investors become partners in the actual real estate & short term rental operations. We accept funds from a variety of sources including 1031 exchanges, QRP accounts, self-directed IRA’s, or traditional cash investments.

2. We locate

Our team identifies properties that will perform exceptionally well as short term rentals and invests into the properties to generate high cash on cash returns.

3. You Get paid

We payout cash distributions on a quarterly basis to our investors.
